This is to certify this firm has acted for Kenneth Dane Muir for a period of approximately 3.5 years in the capacity of legal advisors. During that time our dealings with Mr. Muir have been satisfactory in all respects.
 
Mr. Muir became active on his own account when he took over the shares in a private family Company which at that stage was a Company which had been set up for drainage work. Although the drainage business was carried on for a period of time ultimately the scope of the company’s activates widened into the field of property development generally. The drainage side of the business was sold off and the Company became active purely in property investment.
 
Mr. Muir appears to us to be a young businessman of considerable acumen and enterprise. In a short space of time the Company has purchased, developed and turned to account several properties in the Hamilton area all successfully. Parts of the proceeds of the company’s activities have been channeled towards a charter yacht operation.
 
From what we know of Mr. Muir’s personal and business affairs it would seem to us that he is a person of considerable entrepreneurial and organizational abilities. Backed with a good deal of common sense and a sound appreciation of the basics of a good commercial practice.
