To whom it may concern,
I am happy to record for reference my association with
Ken Muir and his Company, through which I have had enjoyed business
relationships with since April 1991.
I table below the chronology of our business relationships:
- 1991 We contracted Ken's Company to act as our telemarketing Company to generate sales leads for Just Water Ltd
- 1995 We Contracted Ken's Company to fulfill various duties namely:
- Auckland Sales Management Of Just Water (during this tenure Ken doubled the teams regular sales results within 4 months)
- National Sales Management during which all sales processes were systemitised and sales results taken to impressive new levels
- Was involved in expanding the operation into Queensland via Franchise training arrangements
- Was invited to the board of management for all of Red Eagle's Operations
- Setting up a joint venture Franchise Company for Hot beverage machine distribution into businesses- subsequently sold.
- The restructuring and disposal of a subsidiary Company, Total Records Management.
- Fronting the restructuring and redundancy of 35 staff nationwide in 1998 due to Ken's diplomatic people skills.

Ken's Company completed contracts with Red Eagle Corporation prior
to the end of 1998, after which time his Company was contracted to
Bartercard New Zealand Ltd and he was appointed National Sales
Director within 1 year. In his tenure Bartercard NZ underwent
explosive sales growth. He personally lead the Company to have the
top performing sales team internationally and he still personally
holds the international top individual sales record still not
broken even though he has long since left.
Ken was involved in introducing our Company to becoming 90%
controlling shareholder of Bartercard New Zealand Ltd back in 2002
after which time shortly after Ken choose to develop his published
Training System and Networking business through The Foundation
System.
Ken has always had a rare ability to be able
to get the most out of sales producers and has done this by his own
style of Sales Systemisation and leadership, which I have seen him
instigate successfully on a number of occasions.
I am
sure that he will continue to refine his unique professional success
style on an ongoing basis and am sure that he will continue to
exercise high levels of professionalism and results.
